Family

When you come to Aloha Pizza you are instantly a member of our family. The sauce and Lasagna recipes come from the owners Grandmother who came to Ellis Island from Sicily. It is a family recipe that is over 100 years old. Grandma Anna, Carolyn the owner and Paul (future owner) can be found working there from time to time and so we bring 4 generations of care to your food.

We have a wide variety of pizzas, sandwiches, salads, wraps, select pastas and lasagna. We even have vegetarian choices. Located in the Coconut Marketplace in Kapaa, Hawaii (808) 822-4511. Every Pizza is rolled when you order it and every ingredient is fresh.

The sauce and dough are made daily and you can even make your pizza to go. Unfortunately we don't deliver. We did this because when we say come to Aloha Pizza we're inviting you to our home. Our community is what matters most.

Our SIGNATURE Pizza

One of our top selling pizza's is titled the ARTICHOKE EDDIE. This pizza is a must for anyone. I don't even like green olives and I love this pizza. It is purely vegetarian, we take freshly rolled dough, brush it with Garlic butter, then add tomatoes, green olives, red onions, artichoke hearts and quatro fromagio. Aside from being a top-seller this pizza has special meaning for the Aloha Pizza family.

In the late '1990s a friend of ours from Chicago would come and visit Kauai once a year. His name was Eddie. He was a kind, friendly, funny man. One year Eddie and his wife did not show up during their usual summer visit (which was the same week every year) Carolyn (the co-owner) phoned Chicago. Eddie died.

Whenever Eddie visited he would come inside the kitchen of Aloha Pizza and make his family recipe Artichokes. So when he passed Richard (co-owner) decided to dedicate an Artichoke Pizza to his dear friend. So in the spirit of friendship and mourning Richard created this pizza. Within minutes Richard came up with this combo with Artichokes being the center piece.

Richard says "he knows it's a way of making sure Eddie is always at Aloha Pizza".
