Owners Richard Booth Sr. and Carolyn Booth (sons Richard Jr. and Paul). They moved to Kauai in 1990 from Southern California, drawn to Kauai because of its spirituality. Kauai has given them the chance to help people, provide work for the islands's youth and most importantly feed the visitors and the locals. They are honored to have served the community and customers for just over 18 years.
